It means without combative effort, just according to the natural flow.

  1. How does the quote, “Tao does not do, but nothing is not done,” explain Wu Wei or “The Pooh Way?” (70)
We do not forcefully spark an action, but it just flows naturally.

  2. How does Tai Chi reflect Wu Wei or Taoism as a martial art? (87-8)
In other types of martial arts, we have exert forces into making actions. However, in Taichi, it is more of an natural flow.

Summary: In this chapter, we learn one of the basic concept of Taoism. Pooh is a character that is seem to be effortless, just make everything flow naturally. We can see that Rabbit and Tigger makes mistakes couple of times because they try too hard.
Rabbit dropped stone on Eeyore and Tigger crashed pickles into into the floor.

Analysis: This is the one of the key concept about Taoism, which I sincerely disagree because this goes against basic principle of meritocracy.
